Just over a month ago, 97.9 WPKX moved into the Hartford market and became WUCS running ESPN Radio. I don't have any WUCS IDs recorded yet, but did catch a couple while the WPKX calls were in use at the new Hartford location. 97.9's former country format moved to 100.9 in the Springfield market, with a slightly more centrally located signal. Enjoy new IDs from these stations as well as a few others, including WDRC-FM's new custom JAM jingle. Enjoy!

It's been too long since my last post once again, sorry about that...

I'm catching up on some contributions tonight. Thanks to Neal Bowden, we have a bunch of 1997 IDs from Orlando and Melbourne, a couple from the early 90s from San Francisco, and many others either current or old from Buffalo, Charleston, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New York, Tampa, and St Louis.

I've been quite slow on editing audio lately. I've got quite a large pile from my Dayton, OH trip back in May that I'm about to get into, but before I do, I'm going to dust off the folders and post some things that have been sitting around collecting dust, some longer than others. This week enjoy audio from Albany, Cape Cod, and Hartford.

It's time to clear out my Boston folder once again. Enjoy new IDs from many of my locals, including the new format of 1090 WILD and IDs from WBZ-FM from within Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals, and one celebrating the Bruins' big win afterwards. Looks like this puts us over the 700 ID mark for my home city!

In addition to my locals, thanks to Neal Bowden, enjoy a classic from Modesto, as well as currents from Chicago and Milwaukee. Also, Steve Walko contributes IDs from Baltimore, Greenville-Spartanburg, Havre de Grace MD, and Norfolk-Virgina Beach.

Sorry I've been a bit inconsistent posting updates lately. Unfortunately this isn't going to improve any, especially in the next month or so, but I'll do my best! This week I'll start off with a contribution thanks to Rob Zerwekh of the 98.1/99.7 simulcast in Kansas City, as longtime AC 98.1 KUDL was directing listeners to the new 99.7 The Point, as 98.1 was to become a simulcast of news/talk KMBZ.

Also, thanks to Neal Bowden, and his aircheckdownloads.com website, we have a new ID from 101.3 KDWB in Minneapolis.

From my own archives, I dug out a couple IDs from a now just about extinct format. Enjoy a couple IDs from 96.9 WJIB in Boston, and one from 790 WLKW in Providence.

I apologize for being lazy the past couple weeks, after working for hours on things related to my other hobby of amateur radio. I haven't gotten any of my own material from the past month or so edited yet. Thanks to Nathan Fuentes, we have some more IDs from before/during/after the KDFC/KUFX changes in San Francisco/San Jose. Also a new GenX Radio ID from 99.7 in Kansas City thanks to Rob Zerwekh.

My update for this weeks contains IDs from all over New England. Most cities only have 2 or 3 IDs, except for Manchester, NH, where there's a good bunch. Enjoy the newness from Augusta (including the now defunct 93.5 The Edge), Bangor, Bridgeport, Concord-Lakes Region, Keene-Brattleboro, New London, Portland, Portsmouth, Rutland, and Worcester.

In addition to all of that from New England, there's one from WHTG in Monmouth-Ocean, NJ thanks to Tom Lawler, and a couple of my own from New York City.

In the past week or so, we've featured audio from before and after the changes involving KDFC in San Francisco-San Jose. While I don't have any more IDs from that station, I do have some from most other FMs in the market thanks to Nathan Fuentes.

Also, thanks to Rob Zerwekh there's an ID from the new format of KCKC in, where else, Kansas City.

When posting the IDs from this summer's NRC/WTFDA convention last time, I knew there were some IDs missing. Fortunately I then realized they were never taken off one of my MP3 recorders. How could I possibly had not recorded an ID from WXXI? Well there were IDs from both the AM(/HD2) & FM. Enjoy some more material from Rochester, as well as a couple more from Poughkeepsie.

I also have an ID from the short lived WKJI on Long Island, which changed formats/calls this past week. Also included from there is a certain station that broadcasts in mono with tons of reverb.

I've finally gotten around to editing all of the audio take on the way to, during, and on the way home from the NRC/WTFDA convention held in Rochester, NY this summer. It was a great time, and was put on by a great team, including our own Scott Fybush.
